1. General Information

- Services Provided: Pet transportation, including local and long-distance transport for dogs, cats, and small caged animals.

2. Service Description
A Worthey Ride specializes in safe and reliable transportation for pets. We prioritize comfort, hygiene, and the well-being of all animals in our care. We do not transport animals that are aggressive, severely ill, or pose a risk to the safety of others without prior written approval.
3. Payments and Fees
Payment is required at the time of booking. We accept credit cards, PayPal, and cash payments. All fees, including additional charges for extended waiting times or route adjustments, will be communicated upfront. Prices are subject to change but will not affect existing bookings.
4. Client Responsibilities
- Clients must provide accurate information about their pet, including breed, size, weight, health conditions, and any special requirements.
- Pets must be clean, leashed, crated, or otherwise secured for transport.
- It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that their pet is ready for pick-up at the scheduled time.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled transport will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled transport will incur a $25 cancellation fee.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled transport or for no-shows.
6. Liability Limitations
A Worthey Ride will take all reasonable measures to ensure the safety and well-being of your pet during transport. However, we are not liable for:
- Unforeseen accidents or delays caused by traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
- Health issues that arise during or after transport unless caused by gross negligence on our part.
Clients must provide veterinary clearance for pets with known medical conditions.
7. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, we encourage open communication to resolve the issue amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled through mediation or arbitration in the state of Nevada.
8. Privacy and Data Usage
We collect only the information necessary to provide our services. This includes your name, contact information, and pet details. 9. Updates to Terms
A Worthey Ride reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Clients are responsible for reviewing the latest terms before booking services. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
